I really enjoy going to Yoga Nature classes, even if I feel on overload from work when I go in I always feel very relaxed when I leave. Jo & Ben lead the classes in a very calm, gentle and informative way, they have a multi dimensional approach covering yoga postures, breathing, self care and nature. The class routines vary depending on the seasons and they explain the impact of the postures on our body in terms of the benefits which I find very useful. Jo & Ben suggest variations for some moves and encourage us to listen to our bodies when choosing which posture to do. Once every 3 months Mark comes to do a sound bath for half of the session, I had no idea what to expect but they are incredibly calming! The location is warm and spacious too, I would recommend this class to anyone, they will make you feel very welcome.

We've been going to classes with Jo and Ben for over three years. We really feel the benefits of our weekly yoga and especially during lockdown the online classes have helped us enormously. The physical postures have definitely improved our strength and we find the breathing and meditation practice is relaxing and calming. We always look forward to our regular yoga practice. Jo and Ben are so knowledgeable and they are lovely teachers. It's a pleasure to be part of their yoga group.

I had been looking for a yoga class for some time and had attended a few but none of them were exactly what I was looking for. For me, yoga is about helping me to ground myself, feel balanced and become more aware of myself and the environment I am living in. And that's why I was searching for a teacher who would see yoga in the same way and live it on a daily basis.
Jo and Ben are offering yoga sessions that include various topics (it's really diverse), meditation, understanding about the philosophy behind it as well as exercises adaptable for everyone. I felt welcomed and learned that I didn't have to push myself and perform but just listen to what feels good to my body.
I would like to say thank you to you both at the same time. You are really putting your whole heart into these classes and are spreading love and kindness for all beings everywhere at the same time.
